Nomination Process
Register (Non-members only)
If you are not an NAE member, click the "Register" link and complete the registration form. Once submitted, you will be ready to log in and start your nomination.
Login
For Non-Members: select the Non-Member Login button and enter your registered email address and password.
Create
Create your online nomination by completing each section of the form and uploading any required attachments.
For a full list of required information and attachments, please review the 2026-2027 Awards Guide .
Save
During the Call for Nominations period, you can save your nomination as DRAFT while gathering information and attachments.
As each section is marked complete, a checkmark icon will appear in the category tab.
All attachments must be uploaded in PDF format.
Submit
When your nomination is complete, save your nomination as FINAL. You may download and print a copy for your records by clicking the icon in the Nomination Summary section.
If updates are required before the Call for Nominations period closes, you may edit and resave the nomination as FINAL.
